You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt it. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload all content.
Upon account closure, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we will delete all data associated with your account except as required by law. Retention periods, export procedures, and secure deletion methods are detailed in our Data Handling and Deletion Schedule.
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as described herein.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction; disputes are resolved as described herein.
